74-10-79. Method of issuance.
Any bonds issued for refunding purposes may either be delivered in exchange for the outstanding bonds authorized to be refunded or may be sold as provided in the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] for the sale of other bonds.
