§ 1191. Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to provide a mechanism for a cooperative effort with the state of New Hampshire to guide any development that may occur, in a way which maximizes the conservation of the visual, ecological, and agricultural integrity of the Connecticut River watershed.
