§ 1204. Effective date-Article III
A. This compact shall become effective when a bill of the New Hampshire general assembly which incorporates the compact becomes a law in New Hampshire and when it is approved by the United States Congress. (Added 1975, No. 116, § 1, eff. June 29, 1975.)
