§ 1677. Inspection and application for search warrants
Any health officer or municipal board of health is authorized:
(1) to inspect public water sources, public water systems, or public water source protection areas, pursuant to section 107 of Title 18; and
(2) to apply for search warrants pursuant to section 121 of Title 18. (Added 1991, No. 71, § 2.)
