§ 3472. Judicial dissolution

On application by or for a partner the superior court may decree dissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement. Venue for such a proceeding lies in the county where the partnership's principal office is or was located. (Added 1997, No. 149 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1999.)
