§ 3121. Specific property-Delivery to officer; sale; application of proceeds

When a person is charged as trustee by reason of personal property, other than money, which he holds or is bound to deliver to the defendant, he shall deliver the same, or so much thereof as is necessary, to the officer who holds the execution, and it shall be sold and the proceeds thereof applied and accounted for as if taken on execution in common form.
