§ 3127. -Reimbursement of creditor from proceeds of sale

Personal property received by the officer under sections 3124-3126 of this title shall be sold as if it had been taken on execution in the common form, except that out of the proceeds of the sale the officer shall repay to the attaching creditor the amount paid by him to the trustee for keeping or redeeming the same, with interest thereon, or shall indemnify the creditor for such other act or thing as he has done pursuant to the order of the court for the redemption of such property.
