§ 3133. -Third person as party; recognizance; trial of title

When the claimant appears, he may be admitted as party to the action for the purpose of maintaining his title to the goods, effects or credits in question, and the title shall be tried and determined in the same manner as the liability of the trustee. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 86, eff. March 29, 1972.)
