§ 5707. Supreme court rules
The supreme court is empowered to prescribe and amend from time to time rules consistent with this chapter governing proceedings under this chapter. The rules thus prescribed shall not abridge, enlarge or modify any substantive right provided by law to any person. Rules under this section shall be adopted in the manner provided in and subject to the provisions of section 1 of this title. (Added 1977, No. 207 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
