§ 7005. Proceedings subsequent to decision of arbitration panel

(a) The superior court, upon application by any party, shall issue a judgment order in accordance with the decision of the arbitration panel and said judgment order shall have the same effect as any other judgment order issued by the superior court.

(b) Appeals from the judgment order issued pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall be to the supreme court, in accordance with the Vermont Rules of Appellate Procedure. (Added 1975, No. 248 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
