§ 1608. Injuries caused by explosives

A person who purposely and maliciously uses an explosive to injure a person or to damage or destroy the property of another shall be imprisoned for not more than 20 years or fined not more than $10,000.00, or both. (Added 1971, No. 107, § 6, eff. 30 days from April 22, 1971.)
