§ 3905. Vagrants entering buildings, building fires or carrying weapons
A vagrant having entered a dwelling house or premises who persists in remaining against the will of the owner or occupant thereof, or kindles a fire in an outbuilding, schoolhouse or other public or unoccupied building, or on the lands, or in the public highway adjoining the lands, of any person between May 1 and December 1, without the consent of the owner or occupant thereof, or who is found carrying a firearm or other dangerous weapon, or threatens to injure persons or property, shall be imprisoned not more than two years nor less than six months. (Amended 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 15.)
