§ 902. Will allowed; letters to executor

When a will has been allowed, the probate court shall issue letters testamentary thereon to the person named executor therein if the person accepts the trust and gives a bond as required by law. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 35.)
