§ 905. Appeal to superior court

Upon appeal from an order appointing an administrator, if the appeal is sustained, the superior court shall fill the vacancy by the immediate appointment of a suitable person, and the judgment and appointment shall be certified to the probate court. When the administrator files the bond required, the probate court shall grant letters of administration. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 37.)
