§ 2011. Perjury before board making check list

A person who knowingly swears falsely to a fact or matter which may be the subject of inquiry by the board of civil authority in revising the check list as provided in this title shall be guilty of perjury and imprisoned not more than fifteen years and fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (Amended 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 17; 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 23.)
