§ 2368. Canvassing committee meetings

After the primary election is conducted, the canvassing committee for state and national offices and statewide public questions shall meet at 10 a.m. one week after the day of the election. The canvassing committee for county offices and countywide public questions and state senator shall meet at 10 a.m. on the third day following the election. The canvassing committees for local offices and local public questions, including state representative, shall meet at 10 a.m. on the day after the election, except that in the case of canvassing committees for state representative in multi-town representative districts, the committees shall meet at 10 a.m. on the third day after the election.
