§ 6. Interfering with state board of health or health officers; penalty

A person who in any way interferes with a member of the board, a local health officer, or the director, chemist or inspectors of the state laboratory, in the performance of their duties under this title, shall be fined not more than $50.00 for the first offense and, for each subsequent offense, shall be fined $100.00. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
