§ 8110. Prosecution of claims

Claims due and unpaid under this part of this title shall be prosecuted and collected in the name of the state. A state's attorney or the attorney general, when requested by the commissioner, shall appear for and in behalf of the state in the prosecution of the claims. (Added 1967, No. 305 (Adj.
