§ 4071. Reports

(a) The board may cause to be published, from time to time, reports summarizing all judgments, decrees and court orders which have been rendered under this chapter, including the nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.

(b) The board may also cause to be disseminated such information regarding food, drugs, devices and cosmetics as the board deems necessary in the interest of public health and the protection of the consumer against fraud. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the board from collecting, reporting and illustrating the results of the investigations of the board. (1959, No. 172, § 22, eff.
