§ 4229. Maintenance of records

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 4202, 4210, 4213 and 4215 relating to the maintenance of records, all regulations adopted by the board of health and the board of pharmacy governing the records for the manufacturing, distribution, and dispensation of regulated drugs shall be in accordance with the similar requirements set by the federal government under the Controlled Substances Act so that compliance with board of health and board of pharmacy regulations will result in compliance with federal laws and regulations.
