§ 821. Bond of officers responsible for property or funds

Before assuming such responsibility, all officers who are responsible for public military property or funds shall give a bond to the state treasurer, with sufficient surety or sureties, in such sum as the commander in chief requires, conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties.
