§ 108. Reimbursement - Article VII

Upon request by a party state rendering aid in another party state pursuant to this compact, the receiving state shall reimburse the state rendering aid for any loss, except losses pursuant to Article VI of this compact, damage or expense incurred from operating any equipment or providing any services in response to a request for aid. A party state providing aid may assume in whole or in part any loss, damage, expense, or other cost experienced by them, or may loan equipment or donate services to the receiving party state without charge or cost. Two or more party states may enter into supplementary agreements establishing allocation of costs among those states. (Added 1999, No. 138 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
