§ 1373. General penalty

A person who violates a provision of this chapter or any lawful rule or regulation of the board, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $50.00 or be imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff. March 1, 1961.)
