§ 603. -Officers; meetings
The board shall elect annually a chair and a vicechair. The chair shall preside at meetings of the board; the vicechair shall preside in the absence of the chair. The secretary shall record the votes and proceedings of the board. (Added 1969, No. 226 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. March 31, 1970; 1995, No. 148 (Adj. Sess.), § 14(a).)
