§ 419. Reciprocal agreements

The commissioner of motor vehicles may enter into reciprocal agreements with appropriate officials of any other state or province under which he may waive all or any part of the tax, fee, or toll imposed by section 417 of this title, upon a similar waiver by such state or province.
