§ 456. Employees' use of vehicles restricted

Employees of a dealer shall not operate, and a dealer shall not permit them to operate, motor vehicles, motorboats, snowmobiles, and all-terrain vehicles with dealer's registration number plates displayed thereon, except for business purposes of the dealer, or in traveling directly between their homes and the place of their employer's business. (Amended 1995, No. 112 (Adj. Sess.), § 9, eff. April 22, 1996.)
