§ 1-511. Creation; duties
There is hereby created a recreational board. Said recreational board shall consist of six (6) legal voters of the city, one of whom shall be the mayor who shall designate the chair, one appointed from the board of school commissioners, one from the city council, three (3) from the citizens at large. The board of recreation shall be advisory in nature concerning all aspects of public recreation within the limits of the City of Barre. The board members shall be appointed annually by the city council.
