§ 5-1408. Continuation of acts not amended

The provisions of this act, so far as they are the same as those of acts hereby amended, shall be construed as a continuation of such acts, and not as new enactments. Nothing in this act shall exempt the city from the legal jurisdiction of the water conservation board.
