§ 3-7. Age and residence requirements
Every male or female citizen of this state not less than eighteen years of age who has taken the Freeman's (Voters) Oath, who resides in said city and who has registered to vote with the board for registration of voters no later than the deadline established by Vermont law prior to any warned city or ward election or any annual or special city meeting shall be a legal voter at said election or meeting, and no other person shall be allowed to vote at such election or meeting.
