§ 4641. Loans to governmental units

The bank, for the purpose of this chapter, may lend money to governmental units through the purchase by the bank of municipal bonds or revenue bonds of governmental units. The bank, under this chapter, may issue its bonds and notes and may otherwise assist governmental units as provided in this chapter. (Added 1969, No. 216 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff.
