§ 1525. -Credit for gains
The treasurer shall thereafter credit to the general fund all gains over the total sum of such rate bill by reason of fractional discounts under the provisions of section 4774 of Title 32 or of interest charges upon delinquent tax payments under the provisions of section 5136 of Title 32 or any other gain.
