§ 1863. Existing parking meters

In all municipalities where parking meters are now in use on the highways or in public parking lots, such use is hereby declared to constitute a lawful exercise of the police power, and provided further that the revenue received therefrom after June 1, 1951, shall hereafter be used only as provided herein.
