§ 3117. Appeal from order

An owner or person interested who is aggrieved by such order may appeal as provided in the case of a person aggrieved by an order of a building inspector. However, the provisions of this section shall not prevent such municipality from recovering the forfeiture provided in section 3116 of this title from the date of the service of the original notice, unless such order is annulled by the board of arbitration, district court or a superior judge, as the case may be. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, operative Feb. 1, 1967.)
