§ 2291. General provisions

A real estate license shall not be authority for more than one person to perform the activities listed in section 2211 of this title. A person, firm, partnership, association or corporation shall designate in its application the individual who is to serve as broker under the license. Every applicant for licensure shall have attained the age of majority. (Amended 1969, No. 283 (Adj. Sess.), § 5; 1971, No. 184 (Adj. Sess.), § 23, eff. March 29, 1972; 1985, No. 6, § 1.)
