§ 4459. Fees
(a) Each applicant and licensee shall be subject to the following fees:
(1) Initial processing of application _$35.00 (2) Issuance of initial license _$35.00 per year for the term of the license (3) Renewal of license _$35.00 per year for the term of the renewal (4) Replacement of license _$10.00 (5) Duplicate license _$3.00
(b) Fees collected under this section shall be credited to special funds established and managed pursuant to subchapter 5 of chapter 7 of Title 32, and shall be available to the department to offset the costs of providing those services. (Added 2001, No. 151 (Adj. Sess.), § 45, eff. July 1, 2003.)
