§ 406. -Proceedings upon vendor's refusal

When such person, after being so requested and after the expiration of such six months, has not procured his deed to be recorded, a judge, on the complaint of the party whose right or title is liable to be affected by such neglect, may issue his warrant to bring such person forthwith before him to be examined in the premises. (Amended 1973, No. 249 (Adj. Sess.), § 88, eff. April 9, 1974.)
