§ 777. Presumption of validity

After issuance, all bonds and notes of the authority shall be presumed to be fully authorized and issued in conformity with all the laws of this state and any person or governmental unit shall be stopped from questioning their authorization, sale, issuance, execution or delivery by the authority. (Added 1973, No. 14, § 2, eff. Feb. 23, 1973.)
