§ 162. Easements and rights-of-way

The commissioner of buildings and general services is authorized to grant easements and rights-of-way in connection with projects and land under his or her jurisdiction. In the event that the easement or right-of-way ceases to be used for the purpose granted, title to the easement shall revert to the state. (Added 1981, No. 48; amended 1983, No. 147 (Adj.
