§ 1116. Distribution of public acts; secretary of state

Prior to publication of the acts and resolves under section 1115 of this title, the secretary of state shall make available copies of the acts of the most recent legislative session at no cost to each municipal clerk and shall also make available on request a copy of any act of the most recent legislative session to the following persons: members of the general assembly and its officials, the chairpersons of each municipal legislative body, the chairpersons of each school board and the state librarian. (Amended 1961, No. 30, § 1, March 17, 1961; 1983, No. 225 (Adj. Sess.).)
