§ 124. Appeal

The judgment and findings of the board shall be final, except that a party who feels himself or herself aggrieved thereby may appeal to the supreme court pursuant to the provisions of section 12 of this title. Such appeal shall suspend execution of the judgment of such board, but the supreme court, or a single justice in vacation, may vacate the suspension as justice and equity require. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961.)
