§ 4006. Construction of chapter
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, nothing herein shall have the effect of, or be construed as, altering, amending, or repealing the statutory purposes provided for by any statute enacted by the legislature of Vermont pertaining to the creation, establishment, or operation of municipal electric utilities or electric cooperatives. (Added 1977, No. 97.)
