§ 5167. Reporting method of collection to director

Within six days after the adjournment of the annual meeting of a town or other municipal corporation, the clerk thereof shall report in writing to the director the method to be employed by such town or other municipal corporation in the collection of its taxes, together with such other information relating thereto as he or she may require on forms furnished for that purpose. (Amended 1977, No. 105, § 14(a).)
