§ 7736. Revocation and suspension of licenses

The commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of any wholesale dealer or distributor for failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, for failure to comply with the provisions of chapter 15 of Title 11, or for failure to comply with the provisions of subchapter 1B of chapter 19 of Title 33. Any person aggrieved by such revocation or suspension may apply to the commissioner for a hearing as provided in section 7782 of this title and may further appeal to the courts as provided in section 7783 of this title.
