§ 203. Committee on coordination

(a) There shall be within the finance and management department an advisory committee on administrative coordination. The commissioner of finance and management shall be its chair and executive officer. The governor shall appoint its members from among active state officers and active state employees, and shall include three members of the then current legislature. Members shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.

(b) The committee on administrative coordination shall make a continuing research and study in all areas of administrative organization upon its own initiative where the need may from time to time seem to exist; and it shall make recommendations to the governor and legislature whenever it shall find a report necessary or upon request of the governor, the secretary of administration or the legislature. (Added 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
