§ 7118. Appeals

(a) A person aggrieved by a decision or action of the licensing agency may file a request for a fair hearing with the board of human services as provided in section 3091 of Title 3.

(b) A resident subject to transfer under subsection 7111(f) of this title may contest such transfer by filing a request for a fair hearing with the board of human services as provided in section 3091 of Title 3. (Added 1973, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 8; amended 1985, No. 151 (Adj. Sess.), § 12.)
