§ 584. Sale of liquor taken by attachment or on execution

Malt, vinous or spirituous liquors lawfully taken by attachment or on execution issued by a court of this state may be sold by a duly authorized officer as other personal property taken on execution, but only to the persons and institutions to which liquor may be sold under the provisions of this title.
