1-315.   Reissuance of revoked or suspendedcertificate, registration or permit; reinstatement of practiceprivilege.The board may reissue the Kansas certificate of any person whose Kansascertificate has been revoked, or may permit the reregistration of any firmwhose registration has been revoked, may reinstate the practice privilege ofany out-of-state certified public accountant whose privileges had beenrevoked or may reissue or modify the suspension of any permit to practiceas a certified public accountant which has been revoked or suspended.
