Article 3.--LICENSURE, EXAMINATION AND REGISTRATION

      1-318.   Enjoining unlawful acts.Whenever in the judgment of the board any person or firm, or both, hasengaged, or isabout to engage, in any acts or practices which constitute, or willconstitute, a violation of K.S.A. 1-316 and amendmentsthereto, or any valid rules and regulations ofthe board, the board may make application to the appropriate court for anorder enjoining such acts or practices, and upon a showing by the boardthat such person or firm, or both, has engaged, or is about to engage,in any such acts orpractices, an injunction, restraining order, or such other order as may beappropriate shall be granted by such court without bond.
