Chapter 10.--BONDS AND WARRANTS

Article 1.--GENERAL BOND LAW

     
10-102.   "Municipal bonds" defined.
Unless otherwise expressly provided, when
used in chapter 10 of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated, and amendments
thereto, "municipal bonds" means and includes all bonds issued by
any municipality which constitute a general obligation of the municipality,
except railroad aid bonds.
