10-102.   "Municipal bonds" defined.Unless otherwise expressly provided, whenused in chapter 10 of the KansasStatutes Annotated, and amendmentsthereto, "municipal bonds" means and includes all bonds issued byany municipality which constitute a general obligation of the municipality,except railroad aid bonds.
