10-107.   Registration of bonds.The clerk, secretary or other recording officer of every municipalityshall register all bonds issued by the municipality insuch officer's office. All bonds, except city bonds andbonds issued bya school district or a community college, also shall be registered by thecounty clerk and such registration shall show the date, number, amountthereof, rate of interest, the number of any coupons andthe amount of each, to whompayable, where payable and date of maturity. The board of education of anyschool district or the board of trustees of any community collegemay elect to register such bonds with the county clerk in each county inwhich there is located any part of the school district.
